Complaints
If you have a problem, concern or complaint about any part of my service, please tell me immediately. I have an internal complaint process and will look into your complaint and try to resolve it. Legally I have two months to complete this process but will endeavour to do so much quicker.
I am a member of Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS) which is an external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs. If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue you are welcome to refer your complaint to FDRS. This service will cost you nothing and will help us resolve any disagreements.
